  • Dark Chocolate can be healthy too: Dark chocolate are a good source of MUFA as they come packed with antioxidants that does more good for your body and help in keeping you fuller. This way you never go into starving mode which is the biggest enemy when it comes to weight loss.
  • Flaxseed oil and Olive oil: You need not stay away from sugar. Rather, choose to consume the heart healthy oil like olive and flaxseed oil that are an excellent source of MUFA. However, it is important to remember that you should not overcook your food with these oils. It is better to use them as a part of dressing that would add the flavor to the food while retaining the properties of the oil. When it comes to olive oil, the best way to choose the right oil is with the color. Go for greener olive oils as they have more of antioxidants.
