Josette Ross has been involved in sports and dance since a young age. In her quest for the perfect body, she tried every diet known to man and eventually figured out that the food she ate affected her hormones, mood, libido, sleep, energy, and metabolism. As co-owner of a fitness studio, Josette believes that eating healthy food is the key to achieving your goals. Members of her studio receive nutrition education, including clean-eating recipes, nutritional plans, and even sneaky treats like ice cream cones during their workouts.
Born in Cuba, Josette’s parents sought political asylum in the United States and settled in Philadelphia, PA. Her parents also migrated to Peru, Argentina, and Puerto Rico before settling in Miami. As a young girl, Josette studied communications at the University of Miami. Her father, a pharmaceutical executive, later became a sports producer at WLTV-Channel 23, a Univision affiliate.

Originally from Butte, Montana, Josette Ross earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business administration from Louisiana State University. She also completed an MBA at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Josette has extensive experience in healthcare, retail management, and developing high-performing teams. She is passionate about serving others. Outside of medicine, Josette enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, and listening to music.
