Laws governing wireless installation on public infrastructure or in the right-of-way that differ in any material respect from the rates, terms and conditions in the Agreement are considered to be “New Laws.” During the term of this Agreement, the Parties shall confer upon their respective counsel as to the effect of New Laws and any action to be taken by them with respect thereto.
The office of information technology services shall be the electronic facilitator and administrator of this article and is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations consistent with its provisions. The electronic facilitator shall be responsible for coordinating with government and private entities and individuals in order to implement this article.
