One of the best ways to get you the information you need is to record a quick video. You can often find me lurking in the aisles of Whole Foods, demonstrating a quick exercise routine you can do at your desk, or whipping up a nutritious meal in my kitchen.
My goal is to get you information that is practical, easy to incorporate into your routine, and can be viewed in 5 minutes or less. Eating clean and being healthy does not have to be complicated or take a lot of time.
